Leave me alone!
Leave me alone! There! All of philosophy died! "Leave me alone" always kills philosophy! This is what the Maccabees wanted! This is what the Protestants wanted! This is what the Americans wanted in the war for independence! This is what the South wanted in the Civil War! This is what America wanted in the Cold war! This is what intelligent design is about! This is what the tea party is about! This is what the 99% is about! Leave me alone! Go away! Go bother somebody else! Save your philosophy for when I am no longer having to cry my eyes out! Philosophers hate it, but leave me alone! We do not hate anybody! We are not hateful people!

Some southerners may be humans
This may shock you, but, despite what you have heard, there are actually southerners who are humans! Not all are inbreeding hicks! In fact, almost none are! They aren't all antiscience drunks and potheads! They don't all drop out of school and marry at 11. They don't hurt women and children for fun! What you have heard are lies! It is sad that people actually believe that southerners are these freaks! Grow up! We do not hate anybody! We are not hateful people!

Rules for writing your own story
These are the rules for writing your own story, or beating to your own drum, or letting it go:
1. Don't involve children!
2. Don't support Dixie!
3. Don't use holy books!
4. Don't have narratives!
5. Say, "I want to, but I can't, but I should, so I shouldn't! It's complicated, so very complicated!"
6. Constantly redefine words like love and literally!
7. Don't listen to anyone at all, including yourself!
8. Smile awkwardly and grunt! Also burb!
9. Start every sentence with "I just want to stop crying!"
10. Don't forget to walk away in the middle of awkward conversations that you force on others!
11. Be very campy!
12. Don't tell your story to anyone!
13. Ignore the list, unless you're a Southerner, Tea party guy, bircher, or nra, kkk or any word three letter acronym
